Protect Yourself from Identity Theft

Beware, identity theft is also on the increase.

Since people started using the internet to look for jobs and posting their resumes online, the incidence of identity fraud is on the increase.

Be very careful to who or where you send your resume, or on which job bank you post it. Some opportunities are genuine job postings, while others are fraudulent and have been designed specifically to get your personal information.

Your personal details such as; your name, personal identity number, address, telephone number, and email address, are of value to individuals and syndicates that specialize in online theft and other internet scams.

After posting your resume on the internet, notice how there is an increase in the amount of spam that you receive...
